DMCA Policy

Buying Advertising On 7 Little Words (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), as codified in 17 U.S.C. ยง 512. It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws. We will promptly process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws.

In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material.

Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on our platform infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) for further detail):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on our platform (e.g., specific URLs where the material can be found).
  3. Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement of accuracy and perjury warning: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Physical or electronic signature: The physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on our platform was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent by providing the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3) for further detail):

  • Identification of removed material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the States, for any judicial district in which Buying Advertising On 7 Little Words may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
